Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
